This property sits deep in northern Minnesota lake country, outside Silver Loon's service area — real work from the crew we hire for our own roofs.
There are two structures here carrying matching burgundy standing seam roofs: a main lodge-style building close to the water, and a second outbuilding — a garage or boathouse — set back a short distance away. Matching the panel color and seam spacing across two separate structures is not automatic; both roofs read as one finish from the air, which takes coordination between the two install crews working them.
The photos were taken in October, with fall color already turning in the birch and aspen around the property and a dock visible near the shoreline. Standing seam roofs on outbuildings often get treated as an afterthought — this crew did not treat it that way here.
